Designed for absolute beginners, this course will guide you through the fundamentals of classic ballroom styles such as the Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, and Cha Cha. You’ll learn essential steps, proper posture and frame, timing, partner connection, and simple combinations you can use on any social dance floor.

Each week builds progressively, helping you feel comfortable and confident while developing coordination, musicality, and smooth partner work. No previous dance experience is required — just bring comfortable shoes and a willingness to have fun!
